We received just 'oodles' of compliments on the food (delicious and hot), the hors d'oeurves (Tom and I didn't get any!), and the serving of the cake and sherbet (your idea - and it was great!). I'm sorry I didn't find out the bartender's name, but I received many compliments about him also. The service wa great by all.
