Saxe's Dining and Banquets opened its door in picturesque Lake County in 1985. Tom & Lynn Saxe focus on warm and friendly hospitality, superior service and fresh innovative fine food. We entertain a diverse clientele and offer a unique combination of excellent food, prepared by trained and creative chefs. In recent years Saxe's was voted the areas best fish fry by radio station FM106. We are open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday and also offer a unique Sunday Breakfast Buffet from 9:30am-2pm.

In the newly remodeled bar area a beautifully crafted oak bar stretches across the room with a comfortable seating. A sunken fireplace adds warmth and ambiance for a quiet conversation or a special date. There is also table seating, a billiard table and large windows that enhance this area with that fresh open appeal.

Saxe's is located directly adjacent to the state hiking, biking, and snowmobile trail running from Waukesha to Madison. Seasonally, Saxe's hosts volleyball leagues with three lighted courts located on the grounds. Saxe's is easily accessible, located directly on state highway 18, 1/2 mile west of highway 83 and has amble parking, is handicap friendly and our entrance is earmarked with a lighted fountain.
