Jerry's was founded in January of 1978; however, the building has been many different restaurants since the 1850's when it got its start as a Bed & Breakfast and a basketball court where Gehl's Guernsey Farms employees enjoyed league play. Jerry's has since established a reputation worldwide for selling "award winning" BBQ Baby Back Pork Ribs. Jerry's has won countless awards from local publications, and continues to be the standard by which our Guests measure excellence in Baby Back Pork Ribs. Food critics, celebrities, professioanl athletes and people from around the world have made Jerry's their favorite destination for ribs. The secret is in our fresh "homemade sauces" and we aren't squealin' to let those recipes out of the bag! Each year we sell more than 50+ tons of ribs, and are among the top ten restaurants in the United States in pork usage; scored on restaurant square footage. Although, we continue to be ranked amongst the top five in the United States when it comes to pork usage per restaurant seat. We use more than 5000 gallons of our own BBQ sauces each year! We proudly feature Chef prepared selections made with the finest, freshest ingredients including produce harvested from our local organic farmers when available. Our famous Baby Back Pork Ribs are our proud "Star" attraction, along with hand cut certified Black Angus steaks, chops, chicken and seafood.
