• A parent must accompany guests under the age of twenty-one or a guardian over the age of 21 who agrees to the safety and conduct of the underage guest.
• One parent or guardian may accompany up to a maximum of 5 underage guests.
• One adult can be responsible for several youths with proper supervision and control of their behavior.
• Parents or guardians may not leave underage guests unattended, underage guest must remain with parent or guardian at all times.
• Parents or guardians must remain in the game room and in contact with the underage guests they are supervising, if not, they will be asked to leave.
• The curfew for all underage guests is ten o'clock, regardless of parental or guardian supervision.
• To enfore the rules relating to minors, patrons are required to carry a photo ID with proof of age.

Code of Conduct

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Guest must behave courteously.
Running or yelling will not be tolerated.
Loud or abusive language will not be tolerated.
Failure to respond to a reasonable request or direction from staff will not be tolerated.
No loitering inside or outside the Mineshaft building.
Solicitation of any kind is prohibited.
NO SMOKING in the game room.
No food in the game room.
Don't abuse the machines

Appropriate Attire

Appropriate attire must be worn.
Judgment of appropriate attire is left to management's discretion.

Violators of our policies and codes of conduct may be subject to expulsion, banning, arrest and/or prosecution for criminal trespass.
