These are some sample menus straight from our party planners!  You can be creative and with our help dream up your own party menu and we will serve it!

BUFFET MENUS

APPETIZER

Coconut or Fantail Shrimp or Combination of both, Buffalo Wings, and Chicken Strips. Also included Nacho chips and Salsa.     $8.95/person

TACO TEX MEX

Champs goes "South of the Border" with Homemade Chili and Tacos served on hard or soft corn tortillas along with all the fix'ins:  sour cream, onion, cheese, lettuce, tomato and don't forget the nachos and salsa.        $8.95/person

SPAGHETTI

From Sicily to Bridgeport to Lake Geneva this recipe has been handed down by many generations all taking credit for the "Best Darn Spaghetti".  Served on pasta,  meat or meatless sauce and italian sausage, salad and dinner rolls.    $8.95/person

PIG ROAST OR ITALIAN BEEF

Roasted Pork with BBQ sauce on the side or Italian Beef with Aujus.  American Potato Salad, Baked Beans (meatless), Coleslaw, Applesauce with Pig Roast and Dinner Rolls       $9.75/person

Also offered is a Combination of the Pork Roast and Italian Beef    $10.75/person
