Owner and chef, Peter Carini, came to the U.S. in 1966 from Porticello, a small fishing village near Palermo, where his mother taught him that good Italian food is prepared by taste, touch and instinct. Peter brings Mama's passion for good food to his restaurant where a steady stream of customers are treated to Sicilian specialties and fine imported wines. Dishes are individually prepared in a simple manner using the freshest foods and the finest ingredients.
