Welcome to Nanakusa Japanese Restaurant. Nanakusa means seven herbs in Japanese. It is also the name of a dish that is prepared in January when the seven herbs first become available, and is seen as promoting good health. It is our desire to provide our guests with the freshest ingredients of the highest quality, presented in the artful way that the Japanese are known for. For those of you who are new to the cuisine, our knowledgeable staff is ready to answer your questions.
