The Anchorage specializes in fresh seafood flown in from all three coasts. Nightly Chef's Specials, Allen Brothers Steaks, and select chops add to our signature seafood entrees! Long-time favorites such as Red Snapper Soup w/Sherry, Anchorage Scallops, and Thai Marlin are consistantly praised by our dining patrons and local restaurant critics alike! For seasonal outdoor dining, The Anchorage Patio offers a uniquely serene and relaxing setting, showcasing panoramic views of the scenic banks of the Milwaukee River. Private receptions on The Patio are available through the Sales & Catering Office with minor, practical restrictions. The Anchorage also caters/accommodates all Banquet events and receptions held at the Hilton Milwaukee River, with hosted events up to @220 guests.
