Gelato Ingredients:
Milk / Cream flavors (less than 7% milk fat)
Fresh milk, cream, sugars and then flavors. All these ingredients are mixed together by using old traditional technique with the most modern equipments. With this type of procedure we can guarantee that the maximum of the aroma is released from the flavors to the milk/cream base.
Milk is our best secret ingredient and it comes from local farmers nearby Golosi Gelato Cafe'. Always fresh, creamy and free from hormones.
Lots of flavors to chose: Espresso Coffee, Irish Coffee, Hazelnut, Tiramisu, Crème Brule', Sicilian Pistachio, Vanilla cream, Croccantino Rum, Whisky, Coconut, etc..
An incredible long line of exquisite Chocolate flavors like: Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Bacio, Nutella, Chocolate/orange zest, Chocolate & Rum, Chocolate liquor cherry (MON CHÉRI® style), spicy Chocolate(Aztec style) etc...
All made with raw ingredients from the best cocoa powder imported from Europe, the finest coverture chocolate from Callebaut and Guittard, and pure honey to get the best sweet flavor and creaminess.
Fruit flavors gelato (Sorbet, 0% dairy and 0% added fat)
Good water, sugars and a lot of real fruits.
