Cod Cakes  One - $5.50 / Two - $8.25 / Three - $11.75
Flakes of North Atlantic Cod combined with seasoned bread crumbs form these delightful cakes.  Sautéed and served with a remoulade sauce on a bed of mixed greens tossed in raspberry vinaigrette.

Fountain Prairie Farms “Highland” Beef.  6 oz burger grilled to order.  Served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato and onion.

Slow cooked corned beef brisket, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese on toasted rye bread with Thousand Island dressing on the side.

Grilled chicken breast served on herb focaccia bread with bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayonnaise.

Grilled Portobello mushroom cap topped with fresh basil, tomato and mozzarella cheese.  Served on herb focaccia bread.

”Bushmills” BBQ Pork Sandwich  $9.50
Pork shoulder from Fountain Prairie Farms Slow roasted, pulled and topped with our own Bushmills Irish Whiskey and chipotle BBQ sauce.  Served on a toasted roll with crisp lettuce.

Tender rack of lamb seasoned with fresh herbs, garlic and shallots.  Served with an Irish whiskey mustard sauce.

12 oz. pork chop grilled to your specification and topped with an apple and cranberry compote.


Stuffed Organic Chicken Breast  $19.75
Plump organic chicken breast stuffed with cranberry and apple stuffing.  Oven roasted and served with a port wine sauce.

Grilled Halibut  $19.50
Grilled 8 oz. Wild Halibut steak served with a zesty lemon and leek sauce.

Baked Salmon  $18.00
Norwegian salmon fillet, baked with onion, fresh dill and white wine.  Served with a caper sauce.

Vintage Irish Cheddar

Cahill’s Irish Whiskey
This mild cheddar is marbled with Irish whiskey to give it a subtle whiskey finish.

Cahill’s Farmhouse Porter
A fine semi-hard cheddar, marbled with plain porter to give it a very unique flavor.

Carr Valley Applewood smoked cheddar
A tangy smoked cheddar rubbed with smoked Spanish paprika.

Carr Valley “Cacao Cardona”
Aged Wisconsin goat’s cheese finished with a chocolate rub.
