Arriving here from the Black Forest area of Germany, Hans and Maria Weissgerber settled in Milwaukee in 1956 and opened their first family restaurant, The Golden Mast, on Okauchee Lake in 1967. Continual growth resulted in the opening of the Seven Seas and Gasthaus. The latest venture the SeaBird in the Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan reflects an exciting new dimension.
