All our salsas are non-fat.  We fry in trans fat free oil.

Cassaroles

Mole (Moh-ley) 
The word “mole” comes from the Aztec Nahautl word “moilli” meaning “concoction”.  And that is exactly what it is!  Our special recipe calls for chicken prepared in a sauce made from 25 different ingredients including, peanuts, pumpkin and sesame seeds, cinnamon, five kinds of peppers and a hint of unsweetened chocolate.  This unique sauce is spicy hot.
