“Saturday night my fiancé and I had the pleasure of dining for the first time at Pier 347. It was our first visit there, but will not be our last. Since it was a warm summer evening, we requested seating outside. We were handed our menus and told we could select any table we liked, so we found a lovely table next to the water. We had barely taken our seats when a very pleasant waiter came by to welcome us and take our drink order. While waiting for our drinks, we enjoyed Jimmy Buffet music playing in the background, which was great, since I’m a huge fan. I found it hard to decide what I wanted for dinner; there were so many wonderful choices available, and all very moderately priced. I decided on the Crab Cakes, served over Linguine with a Cajun Cream Sauce. My fiancé opted for the 10oz. Filet and garlic mashed potatoes. Neither one of us were unhappy, our dinners were wonderful, generous sized portions were almost too much to finish, and delicious! The atmosphere was romantic, watching the evening sky slowly darken into night over the water. We enjoyed the Jimmy Buffet until9pm, when the live music started inside, and the piped in music was turned off. The crowd was lively, and the atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. A truly wonderful experience that will be repeated in the future. I encourage everyone to try this wonderful little place, you will certainly leave satisfied!” T – Milwaukee
