BRUSCHETTA VERA CRUZ
Sliced bolillo toasted with olive oil and topped with a VeraCruz salsa (green olives, capers, garlic, oregano, onion) then sprinkled with a mixture of asadero, cotija, and fresco cheese.   $8.95

CEVICHE
An eight ounce portion of citrus-marinated seafood (halibut, California sea bass, scallops, and shrimp) topped with avocado, served cold with tortilla chips.  $7.95

STEAK VERDE
An grilled 8 ounce strip steak topped with roasted Verde (Tomatillo) Salsa, pico de gallo and cilantro.  Served on a bed of rice with fresh grilled asparagus and black beans.  $14.50

RUBIOS
Mahi Mahi deep fried in a light spicy beer batter served in three soft corn tortillas with chipotle sour cream, fresh cabbage, then topped with a lime avocado cream sauce.  Rice and black beans served on the side.  $12.95

SAUTEED SALMON VERA CRUZ
Salmon sautéed in olive oil and butter with white wine, kalamata olives, capers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, black pepper, oregano and sun dried tomatoes.  Served on a bed of rice and topped with cilantro.  Black beans and grilled veggies served on the side.  $14.95

CEVICHE TOSTADAS
2 Tostadas topped with beans, Ceviche (halibut, California sea bass, scallops, and shrimp), anejo cheese, pico de gallo,  and avocado.  Served with rice.  $11.95

CHIPOTLE CHICKEN SALAD
Grilled chicken breast sautéed in chipotle cream sauce tossed with arugula, baby spinach and mesculin mix, topped with avocado, anejo cheese and pico de gallo.  Served in a tortilla bowl.  $11.95

SIGNATURE SALAD
Tossed arugula, baby spinach and mesculin mix with strips of roasted red peppers, portabella mushrooms, topped with diced sun dried tomatoes, roasted pepitas and blue cheese.
