The following Food and Bar Minimums Apply to the Grand Ballroom:
Saturday Evening: $7000 Food & $1500 Bar
Friday & Sunday Evening: $3000 Food & $750 Bar
Saturday Day: $3000 Food & $750 Bar (until 3:00PM)
The following Food and Bar Minimums apply to the Renaissance Room:
Saturday Evening: $2000 Food & $500 Bar
Friday & Sunday Evening: $1500 Food & $350 Bar
Saturday Day: $1500 Food & $350 Bar (until 3:00PM)
The following Food Minimums apply daily to:
Bach Room: $800
Walker Room: $600

Day functions are to be completed by 3:00PM
All Evening functions are to be completed by 12:00AM
Miscellaneous Charges:
$1.25 Per person cake service fee. Includes cutting/serving, china, silver,
wrapping of left over cake.
Add gratuity and tax.
$100 Sweet table fee.
$4.00 Parking per vehicle (guests on own unless specified on contract)
$300 Ceremony Fee. Includes set up fee for wedding ceremony, and Bach Room for
1-1/2 hour reception.
The following items are included with minimums:
Set-up fees (excluding wedding ceremony), head table, cake table, skirting,
china, flatware, glassware, crystal wine glasses for wine/champagne toast, lamps
for guest tables, linen table cloths & napkins, bud vases upon request,
and clean up fees. In the event that the set up of any room is changed on the
day of the event, a labor charge will be applied at the prevailing rate.
It is our policy not to permit food and beverages to be brought into Astor Street with the exception of wedding or specialty cakes or sweets. Appropriate charges will apply. Due to health regulations, food may not be taken off the premises after it has been served.
