More Info: Get away to the beautiful isle of Sicily with Carini's exquisite menu. You'll feel the seashore around you as you dine on exceptional seafood specialties that play a prominent part on the menu. Owner and chef, Peter Carini, came to the U.S. in 1966 from Porticello, a small fishing village near Palermo, where his mother taught him that good Italian food is prepared by taste, touch and instinct. Peter brings Mama's passion for good food to his restaurant where a steady stream of customers are treated to Sicilian specialties and fine imported wines. Dishes are individually prepared in a simple manner using the freshest foods and the finest ingredients. Dress casually and get away to the beautiful isle of Sicily at Carini's La Conca d'Ora ~ "Conch of Gold".

This is the very best Sicilian/Italian restaurant I have visited since leaving my native New York City many years ago. The aromas alone bring me back to the old neighborhood. The food is world class and the people are as nice as they come.

The food, service and atmosphere were incredible! The calamari was the best in the state. They offer a fine wine selection along with wonderful varity of dishes. I highly recomend Carini's for your next meal out.
