Served on a bed of Daikon radish and “Hee Haw Slaw” with a pineapple teriyaki dippin’ sauce.

Bone’s Trio  $15
A combination of our three favorite appetizers:  Roasted Duck Spring Rolls, Fried Catfish Strips, and Creole Chicken Quesadillas.

Cajun Dusted Fried Alligator  $12
Served with an onion Remoulade

Creole Chicken Quesadillas  $10
Creole infused jerk-marinated chicken with Chihuahua cheese, fresh pico de gallo, and homemade cilantro guacamole.

Cajun Dusted Fried or Sautéed Crawfish  $12
A heapin’ half pound of crawfish tail meat.  Served with cocktail horseradish sauce for dippin’.

Blackened Shrimp  $13
Served with our spicy Mango sauce

Cold Boiled Shrimp Cocktail  $13

Asian Cajun Spicy Shrimp  $15
Served in a Asian Hot Chili sauce and cajun seasonings on a bed of haystack shoe string sweet potatoes.

A monster seafood cocktail with jumbo prawns, snow crab claws and jumbo Sea Scallops

Baby organic greens with Endive, Mangos and Pickled Ginger tossed with a lemon Thai vinaigrette.  Garnished with carmelized onions.



SANDWICHES


Po-Boy  $10
A traditional “Nawlins” sub with your choice of fried catfish, herb marinated pork tenderloin or blackened chicken breast dressed with shredded lettuce, tomato and a homemade Remoulade sauce.  Served with sweet potato steak fries and a dill pickle.

Mo’ Bigger Muffaletta  $9
Layers of Genoa salami, smoked ham, and Provolone cheese topped with an olive tapanade and served with sweet potato steak fries and a dill pickle.


Baton Rouge Charbroiled Burger  $9
Half-pound ground sirloin topped with a Portobello mushroom and Jalapeño jack cheese.  Served with sweet potato steak fries and a dill pickle.



ENTRÉES
Enjoy a side house salad or side Caesar salad with any Bone’s entrée for $3.


Jambalaya Ya-Ya  $17
The granddad of all Cajun dishes.  A mixture of shrimp, Andouille sausage, chicken, Tasso ham, and crawfish tail meat in a rich broth served over steamed white rice.

Killer Shrimp Creole  $23
Jumbo prawns in a hearty vegetable Creole sauce served over sweet potato dirty rice and topped with an asparagus and lump crab relish.

Sweet Potato Crusted Catfish  $17
Served on a bed of steamed white rice and sautéed spinach drizzled with Beurre Rouge.

Alligator Stuffed Chicken Breast  $16
Pan sautéed chicken breast filled with Alligator sirloin and fresh herbs.  Served with sweet potato dirty rice and snow peas.

Vegetable Ettoufee  $13
A lighter approach to this traditional “Nawlins” favorite.  A blend of spinach, butternut squash, red onions, asparagus, red peppers, and carrots served on a bed of sweet potato dirty rice.

Served with sweet potato dirty rice and sautéed spinach then topped with Opelousas Sauce.  (Blackened oysters, shrimp and crabmeat in a lemon garlic butter sauce.)

Hand-made ravioli stuffed with Mascarpone cheese, shrimp, crawfish tail meat, spinach, and mushrooms, Served with a Chipotle Beurre Blanc and spinach chiffonade.

Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi-Mahi  $22
Served with a sauté of snow peas, spinach and Shitake mushrooms with a spicy mango sauce then drizzled with a pomegranate glaze.  Served on a bed of sweet potato dirty rice.

Adobe Marinated Boneless Pork Chops  $19
Two 6 oz. Boneless Pork Chops pan sautéed then topped with a roasted Tomatillo Rague and caramelized red onions.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes and our vegetable medley.

Delicate Norwegian salmon, Brie cheese, spinach, and crawfish tail meat wrapped in phyllo dough then baked golden brown.  Served with a side of red pepper, asparagus, corn, and lump crab relish.  Finished with a chardonnay cream sauce.

Two 4 oz. Tenderloin filets served with garlic mashed potatoes and our vegetable medley.

Bouillabaisse  $23
Jumbo prawns, calamari, fresh fish, Green Lip mussels, butternut squash, and red-skinned potatoes in a rich shrimp broth.

Jumbo Sea Scallops & Shrimp Pasta  $24
Tossed with spinach, sweet potatoes and red onions in a Lobster Beurre Blanc with fettuccine pasta.

Catfish Tacos  $17
