2001 Bronze Medal Winner - Scottish Ale
North American Brewers Association

A tribute to our lumberyard roots and the traditional Scottish sporting contest of heaving wooden poles, this medium-bodied ale is a smooth drinking, Old World favorite. Deep amber color and caramel flavor from a rich blend of specialty malts dominate the spice of Pacific Northwest hops in this sweet, malty mixture.

Specialty Brews

There will be at least one specialty brew on tap at any time at the Fox River Brewing Co. There will be seasonal styles, such as Octoberfest, Christmas Ales, spring Bocks and other styles using fruit, honey or other types of grains.  Ask your server or bartender to describe our current seasonal offerings..

Buzzin' Honey Ale

The whole town is buzzin' over our Honey Ale. It is brewed with 35% wheat malt to produce a light refreshing ale. Hops are added sparingly so the emphasis is on the sweetness created by the addition of 100% pure Wisconsin honey in the brewing process. Very refreshing at any time.

Fox Tail Amber Ale

This reddish ale is generously hopped throughout the brewing process. Extra flavor and aroma are obtained by adding raw hops during fermentation - a process known as dry hopping. A medium-bodied style unique to the Fox River Brewing Company.

Winnebago Wheat

2001 Bronze Medal Winner - Winnebago Wheat
North American Brewers Association

Our wheat beer is made with imported German yeast and a 60% wheat to 40% malt barley grain ratio to create unique, complex, fruity flavors. This medium-bodied Bavarian style beer is served unfiltered in 'mit hefe' fashion, lemon slice is optional.

Fox Light

A basic, light-bodied lager, golden in color. This low calorie, low alcohol selection is your stepping stone to the shores of the microbrewery domain. Named after the historic Fox River that once was the heart of our community and the main reason for settlement in this area.

We couldn't decide which full-bodied beer was our favorite, so we decided to rotate.

Titan Porter

A robust version of the traditional dark English porter with nine kinds of malted barley producing strong coffee and chocolate characteristics.

Trolleycar Stout

Brewed with oatmeal and seven types of malted barley to produce its coffee and chocolate flavors.

2001 Gold Medal Winner - Belgian Abbey Ale
