It is brewed with 35% wheat malt to produce a light refreshing ale. Hops are added sparingly so the emphasis is on the sweetness created by the addition of 100% pure Wisconsin honey in the brewing process. Very refreshing at any time. | Fox Tail Amber Ale This reddish ale is generously hopped throughout the brewing process. Extra flavor and aroma are obtained by adding raw hops during fermentation - a process known as dry hopping. A medium-bodied style unique to the Fox River Brewing Company. |
