More Info: Weissgerber's Gasthaus is quite possibly the most authentic German Restaurant in all of Wisconsin. The Gasthaus is easy to find - located 1 block south of I-94 on Hwy T, our European design has become somewhat of a "landmark" with in the Metro-Milwaukee area.
The German cuisine is hearty peasant fare - rich, honest, robust with flavor, simple yet delicious. The Gasthaus also offers weekly featured specials which include a vegitarian dish. I had occassion to take my whole family for fish fry a few weeks ago. My nephew was here from San Diego. It was great food and great service and all had a great time.
