Salmon Enchiladas - $13.00 Salmon sauteed in garlic caper butter is the enchilada filling, the sauce is our tomato based relleno and the cheese is our house blend of sharp cheddar and farmers cheese.
Chipotle Poblano with Sausage - $11.95 Roasted poblano pepper stuffed with our sausage and cheese blend sauteed in an egg batter covered with chipotle sauce topped with anejo cheese. Vegetarian also available.
Migas Con Pappas y Chorizo - $11.95 Diced corn tortillas, potatoes, chorizo, pico de gallo sauteed together added to scrambled eggs finished with cheese and baked to create breakfast tortilla pie. Vegetarian also available.
