Today modern craft-brewing here at Hereford & Hops in Wausau offers a return to community originated flavor and exceptional quality from our 15-barrel system. Those gleaming copper and stainless steel tanks in our brewery are always busy brewing and fermenting the finest and freshest beers, ready for your ultimate pleasure.
And operation that would be the envy of our brewing predecessors, we feature ten locally brewed beers on tap: three lagers and seven ales, two or three of which are seasonal brews.
Try a beer "sampler" - a single brew you'd like to test, a whole tray of house and specialty beers or a few of your personal favorites. (Sampler: 75˘ each beer). Hereford & Hops brew a range of beers to appeal to nearly any taste - we even brew our own root beer and cream soda!
