Known for our Chicken Tikkamasala (Vegetarian Eggplant), all menu items are made from scratch and are prepared using the freshest ingredients to offer you the best flavors of the food. The combination of preparing foods using fresh spices native to India and our charcoal clay oven, gives all of our dishes a unique and delicious flavor. Our Lunch Buffet offers a variety of meat entrees, vegetarian dishes and desserts and is available 7 days a week. Whatever you’re hungry for, Maharaja will prepare dishes to please every appetite. Private parties are welcome for up to 100 guests and off-premise catering is available for 50 to 100 people. We’ll help to make your special occasion a memorable one.

I have been to Maharaja East several times for their fabulous lunch buffet. What a great way to taste so many different, wonderful Indian dishes. I'd go once a week if I could!
