Contest Rules

Random Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Guest Book entries received by FoodSpot. Prize(s) will be awarded and winner notified by email.

Selection of winner: Winners will be randomly selected on or about the 15th day of every month the contest is valid. FoodSpot.com reserves the right to modify scheduling of the contest without prior notice. Limit one prize per person.

Prize winners will be notified shortly after the drawing via email to the address submitted in the entry. In order to claim your prize, you must reply by email within 5 business days or another winner will be randomly selected. Winner must execute a required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 5 business days of attempted notification in order to receive the prize.

Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected, notified by email, and given 5 business days to respond. FoodSpot.com is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of addresses that are no longer correct.

FoodSpot.com reserves the right to substitute prize of equal value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to FoodSpot.com and its agencies to use winners name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.

Prize Pick-Up Information

Prizes may either be picked up at FoodSpot offices or mailed to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS) via regular mail. The FoodSpot office is located at N16 W23390 Stone Ridge Drive, Suite #G in Waukesha, and office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. On your winner notification form, you must indicate if you are planning to pick up your prize or would like it mailed to you. FoodSpot is NOT responsible for any prizes lost or stolen while under the care of the USPS. View directions & map

Prizes are generally available for pick-up on the next business day after winning.

All winners must complete and sign a standard release form. Winners must download this form, complete it and return it to FoodSpot within 5 business days of prize notification. Required information includes legal name, home address, home telephone number and birth date.

** If you are unable to download this form, please call FoodSpot at 262-522-8400, and we will fax it to you.

Some prizes contain expiration dates that cannot be changed or extended. FoodSpot will not be responsible for prizes that become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (For example, a restaurant goes out of business).

FoodSpot cannot replace lost or stolen prize certificates.

Taxes, and additional fees in excess of the prize amount, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Unaccepted prizes may not be awarded. Winner is subject to these complete and official rules.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prize/merchandise or cash. Prize is fully transferable. If the prize is a gift certificate, FoodSpot reserves the right to issue the prize in various denominations at FoodSpot’s discretion.

FoodSpot management acts as the sole judge, interpreter, and enforcer of FoodSpot contest rules and official declaration of winners.

Odds of Winning / Miscellaneous

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Copies of official rules can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed #10 envelope with a written request to FoodSpot.com Promotions Department Win Dinner On Us Rules, N16 W23390 Stone Ridge Drive, Suite #G, Waukesha, WI 53188.

FoodSpot is not in any way liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries. Winners assume liability for injuries, damages, losses or expenses of any kind caused or claimed to be caused by participation, or by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prizes.

By participating and redeeming a prize, winner releases FoodSpot, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and sponsors from any and all loss, liability or damages of any kind resulting from or arising out of participation in this contest.
