Thank you for choosing The Packing House for your party! We have found that limiting our menu to the following number of items has accommodated most party situation. Parties of 15 – 40, four items, 41 – 60, three items and parties of 61 or more, two items.

If there is a specific item you would like to have, please feel free to ask. Lunch  and Dinner entrees include soup or salad. Steaks are all served medium.

There is a $2.00 per person charge for beverages (coffee, tea or milk). Dessert is not included in the cost of the meal but may be added if desired. We have several desserts available.

When figuring per person costs, please remember to add beverage cost (if desired), dessert cost (if desired), then add 5.8% tax and 15% tip to arrive at the total cost per person.

If the party is over 25 people, a bartender will automatically be provided. There is a $15 fee for the entire evening. The fee will be waived if your bar tab exceeds $150 or if you have 40 or more guests.

A deposit of $1.00 per person is required to hold and guarantee the party date. The deposit will then be deducted from your bill the day of the party. If you need to cancel your party the deposit is non-refundable unless the party is called eight weeks prior to the party date.

A cake fee will apply if you provide your own dessert.

Please call in your pre-order a minimum of two weeks prior to your scheduled event. You will be charged for the number of entrees ordered with a 24-hour firm commitment before the function.

We offer a selection of appetizers to parties in addition to those listed on the menu:

Bar snack mix, eggplant, water chestnuts wrapped in bacon $4.50 per person

Add cheese and crackers or vegetables and dip $2.00 per person per additional item

Add chicken wings or meatballs or bar-b-que ribs $2.50 per person per additional item

Add shrimp cocktail $4.00 per person additional
