More Info: What makes a great restaurant?
The answers are as varied as the tastes of the diners - a tasteful menu, terrific ambience, impeccable service.
The Pines, situated in the clubhouse of Bristlecone Pines Golf Course, incorporates all of those ingredients, plus a number of other touches that make our restaurant a unique dining experience:
* Elegant, white-linen dining with spectacular views of a championship gold course.
* American continental cuisine classically prepared.
* Banquet facilities for parties of 30, or as many as 200. Perfect for corporate events, meetings or weddings.
* Extensive selection of the finest California wines.
What also can make a great restaurant are the opinions of the area's food and restaurant critics. On that score, The Pines hits a home run. Leading dining critics in the Milwaukee area have praised our restaurant. (See our reviews.)
But as much as we appreicate their positive reviews, don't just take their words for it. Come and judge for yourself.
We have a table waiting for you.

The Pines continues to improve, besides their great fish fry on Friday evenings, the newly added Steak Night on Wednesday's and Italian Night on Thursday's are winners. Try the Baked Brie for an appetizer and the shredded onion rings with your meal.
