For the past 33 years I have been involved in the food service industry and earned the title FMP. The Food service Management Professional credential is the industry's only professional certification for food service managers. It is awarded only to those who have achieved a high level of education and experience in the food service industry. I have also earned my Certification in Food Instruction.

During my 33 years, I've developed my craft and made great strides to provide the best possible food and service for my Customers and Clients. To meet my clients' needs, I offer a variety of services which include off premise catering, banquet facilities, fine dining, and full customized catering. I have made it a goal to accommodate any budget to the best of my ability as well as offer a variety of meal styles from casual picnic to elegant sit down dinner complete with fine china and a full staff.
