1. Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus - 8-10 oz.
2. Beef Tournedos - 4 oz. Medallions of Tenderloin filled with spinach, onion and cheese stuffing and topped with bearnaise mushrooms wine sauce.
3. Swiss Steak - Topped with hunter style fresh vegetables and seasoning.
4. Sirloin of Roast Beef - Thick slices of baron of beef served with a burgundy sauce.
5. Chopped Smothered Sirloin - 1/2# sirloin smothered with onions and mushrooms and topped with melted cheese.
6. Beef Rouladen - Thin slices of sirloin rolled with bacon, onions, mushrooms, and pickles and topped with a rich brown sauce.
7. Sauteed Prime Tips - With mushrooms and onions in a rich brown sauce.
